• Only foreign workers who provided fingerprint records during Operation Kurangi are eligible for legalization under this program.
• Workers who have not provided fingerprints must first complete the regularization process before applying for legalization.
• Workers who were regularized under previous programs may apply; however, once legalized under this program, they will not be eligible for legalization again.
• The employer submitting the legalization application must be different from the worker’s previous employer.
